Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will be based out of London and will be an integral part of the Business Development Division and will be responsible for the following:
• Working across emerging markets to develop business particularly in Africa and Asia • Selling the full suite of services across all markets • Maintaining a large corporate prospect and client base across the world • Generating substantial revenue growth across the client portfolio to meet and exceed all revenue targets • Growing a strong loyalty-base amongst clients • Contributing actively to develop and deliver sales strategies in particular market segments • Personally participating at the company Summits and Recruitment Days around the world
Who we're looking for
To be successful in this position you will have need the following attributes: - Ideally having a recruitment background or exhibitions sales would be great but not essential. - Proven track record in a new business sales role - A successful track record of significant revenue generation - Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets - Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to planning and managing the sales process - Excellent negotiation and influencing skills - Ability to work effectively within a team environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in any other languages would be beneficial. - Having worked in an international role before would be beneficial but not essential.
