HR Advisor

As a key member of the HR team, you'll be the first point of contact for all matters relating to resourcing, employee relations & employment law. It's an important role that will involve making sure that all the HR policies & procedures are implemented correctly. As you'll liaise with managers in offices across the country, ad hoc travel will be required.

Who we're looking for
To take on this role, you'll need to be a proven HR Generalist with experience of handling employee relations issues & coaching line managers. You must be comfortable in providing advice & guidance by telephone but you should also be willing to travel across the UK & Ireland as & when required.
