You will support the HR Manager in the provision of a high quality, efficient HR service and to assist in the delivery of the functional HR strategies.

Who we're looking for
Attainments:
• Graduate calibre (degree or equivalent education)
• Working towards MCIPD

Aptitudes and abilities:
• A good level of verbal and numerical reasoning skills
• Customer focus
• Team player
• Analytical skills (for interrogating data and reporting)
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• A high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong organisational and influencing skills

Knowledge/ Experience:
• Employment Law and application in a working environment
• HR best practice
