Regional HR Advisor - London South

As a Regional HR Advisor reporting into the Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for managing all operational HR issues across your region. A full generalist role you will have a number of key accountabilities including;
• Managing complex ER issues including performance/attendance/sickness/disciplinaries and grievances
• Training and Development of care home managers
• Recruitment - multi site
• Managing daily operational HR issues as they arise

Who we're looking for
Competent, proactive HR Advisor ideally with regional/multi-site experience. CIPD qualified or working towards you will have previous exposure to working in a fully operational role, including managing complex ER case work.

What's on offer
£30,000-35,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance
