Delivering a commercial programme for the direct business (online/phone/mobile) which aims to excite, educate and inform global consumers; build a community of brand loyalists and ultimately drive conversion to sales, rate of sale and repeat purchase. You will set the strategy and deliver all aspects of SEO, PPC, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social medial and promotional activity for new markets. This should be done in collaboration with marketing and local markets.The ability to setand monitor relevant KPIs to ensure the delivery of annual, monthly and weekly targets will be imperative and undertake on-going analysis and evaluation of the most effective and efficient strategies and tactics to deliver and optimize the commercial plans.

The candidate we are looking for must be able to demonstrate a high level of impact, both in personal style and through project delivery. Passion for e-commerce and the brands coupled with a tenacious appetite for successful performance is imperative. Proactive self-starter with energy and passion to set agenda and deliver results.The role has the opportunity to impact multiple areas of the business - driving business results across geographies.The key day to day interaction will be with the E-Commerce Director, marketing, local market teams, web developers and agencies, although a frequent level of engagement with key GMs, GMS and Category SVP will be required.
• Significant track record working in a Direct Marketing or internet retailing environment with sales/commercial responsibility.
• Proven experience of driving a direct business into new markets, and globalising an online offering.
• Evidence of having held P&L accountability.
• Knowledge and evidence of database management and analysis.
• Must have the gravitas to credibly engage with/influence internal stakeholders (marketing/local markets/developers) and external stakeholders (customers/agencies)
• Exceptional project management, presentation and communication skills
• Confidence, drive, determination and ability to work on own and as part of a team
• Customer facing experience useful as the role may require contact with key customers.
