Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will report to the UK Sales Director and will be responsible for maximising revenue and opportunity within their defined territory and channels. You will be expected to generate, attend and convert all business appointments through your own resourcing and the use of the company's internal resource. You will also be responsible for:
• Identifying and introducing the company's products into new as well as existing commercial markets
•Develop and implement sales budgets and marketing plans
• Ensure that theproducts aremarketed effectively, and profitability is maximised to achieve sales volume, value and margin
• Maintain awareness of market conditions and trends, including competitor activity and market share relating to your product portfolio

Who we're looking for
The successful Business Development Manager will be a keen, motivated and hungry individual that will be experienced in driving new business as the role is aimed at opening up new markets and building the brand within new sectors and territories. You will already have achieved a successful sales career, preferably with experience ofretailers,the consumer industry generally, distributionand be looking to further develop your professional experience and reputation.

What's on offer
