Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Working as part of a team, developing and managing candidate and client relationships across your designated remit.
As a trainee you will be well supported in your development into that of a full recruitment role and your future career.

• Develop a network of candidates and clients to make placements within the senior end finance sector.
• Meeting with candidates to discuss career objectives and candidate profiling
• Meeting with clients to discuss vacancy needs and build client relationships for future business.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from candidate / client introduction through to offer management and post placement aftercare.
• Delivery of a first class service to candidates and clients.

Who we're looking for
Potential Recruitment Consultants must be able to demonstrate;

• Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
• Strong commercial business acumen
• Able to demonstrate successful track record
• This role would suit a graduate although not essential with some sales exposure looking to start a new and exciting career.
