As Customer Experience & Strategy Executive you will be responsible for supporting the development of customer strategy encompassing effective proposition development and customer offers.

This includes defining target groups and optimising all touch points to improve Customer experience as well as development of the appropriate customer acquisition strategies. This will be conducted through research & tracking programmes to cross and up sell opportunities across the proposition portfolio including Home, Motor and ancillary.

Working collaboratively with the "take to market" team to ensure the delivery of relevant and effective marketing activities in support of the agreed channel marketing plans.

Who we're looking for
Financial Services background is crucial (Specifically UK insurance experience is beneficial). Good knowledge of understanding of market drivers including evaluation and assessing marketing return on investment. As well as strong analytical and critical reasoning skills (verbal, logical and numerical).
