An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Reward Analyst to work in a high profile international team. Reporting in to the Head of Executive Compensation, duties will include:
• Assist and support for the annual pay review process for Senior Executives
• Responsible for the effective provision of benchmarking data for all aspects of reward
• Assist with the preparation and execution of control and governance procedures including preparation of proposals, Remuneration Committee papers and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of management information reporting on reward issues.
• Assist as required on projects within the Group Performance and Reward team

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience of working in a reward / compensation focused role within the financial services sector.
We are particularly interested to talk to candidates with an experience in expatriate taxation, potentially from a consultancy with financial services clients.
You will be analytical and numerically minded, with the ability to prioritise effectively and to see the bigger picture. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be prerequisite.
