A Regional Fundraising Manager is sought to work at a National Charity to work in Midlands & South West / South Wales, this charity has a large community fundraising department and it is currently the market leader in their competitive sector. This charity is looking to recruit Regional OperationalManagers with experience of leading a team of high achievers in the field and who are dedicated to
providing the highest level of supporter and volunteer management. You have the opportunity to lead a region to help them
achieve their organisational objectives. It's a big job, but then they're dealing with a big issue. If you are keen for a stretching challenge and are ready to move on to the next stage of your own development, then get in touch.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this regional fundraising role be a skilled practitioner, with an understanding of the
community fundraising sector. They need a hard working individual who can lead a team of Area Volunteer Managers by demonstrating excellent operational knowledge and impressive staff management experience.
The successful applicant will need to display a good strategic understanding with evidence of implementing strategy.
This is an ambassadorial role in meeting senior volunteers and networking for the charity. Strong knowledge of financial budgeting and monitoring are also essential.

Our client is a large cancer charity with strong national presence. The head offices are based inMidlands & South West / South Wales.
