The PFI Bid Manager position is a key appointment for my client and will form part of a strong existing commercial team. Whilst the particular focus will be on the commercial aspects of PFI bidding, you will also advise on operational and strategic issues. You will produce commercial documentation, engage in client negotiation and SPV consultation in order to produce successful, high value PFI bids.

Who we're looking for
The successful PFI Bid Manager will have an extremely strong commercial background and a demonstrable track record of winning bids in the PFI arena. You will have an in-depth understanding of the social housing sector and it's current challenges.

About our client
Our client is a leading national social housing regeneration company. They have a recognisable brand, a solid financial backing and an enviable pipeline of work for 2012. THIS ROLE IS TO BE BASED IN THE NORTH AND CAN BE BASED IN THEIR YORKSHIRE OR NORTH WEST OFFICES.
