• Effectively manage the Client Care Executive and Account Manager team specific to the South.
• Ensure that your team is retaining the company's existing client base whilst identifying opportunities to increase and enhance revenues through up selling, price increases and increased contract terms.
• Provide analysis on customer perception and feedback.
• Lead the team by spending 80% of time in field with associates to achieve retention, growth and revenue targets.
• Regularly communicate with clients, sales associates, market place realities and competitors.
• Energise and motivate your team and lead by example.

Who we're looking for
• A demonstrable track record in business development and client care experience with proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships.
• Successful in leading key account and client care teams with a hands-on approach to coaching, mentoring and identifying strengths & weaknesses of your team members.
• Strong customer focus with a people orientated approach.

What's on offer
Basic up to £57,000 + 25% bonus + car/car allowance + benefits
