As the Regional HR Manager you will support a client group of c800 and be responsible for the full generalist remit including; employee relations,coaching line management, learning and development, recruitment. You will also lead on group wide projects to include restructures and TUPE transfers

Who we're looking for
A CIPD qualified HR Manager with experience of working within logistics. The position does cover the Midlands region so you must be happy with travel. You will be required to have experience of unions, TUPE and change management.
