Global HR Services Lead

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with a proven background in Shared Services/HR Systems to make an impact. You will:
* Oversee day to day Compliance activities and policy adherence - information storage and retention, system developments, policy updates, ensuring adherence with legislative change
* Lead delivery of all admin activities and manage a team of 2 administrators - liaison with payroll, IT, Audit and Risk, ensure monthly reports and checks are run, spot gaps and fix issues
* Identify process issues and potential improvements, work with the admin team and the generalist teams to design fixes and redesign processes as required
* Design and co-deliver (with generalist team) manager training to ensure compliance and minimise risk
* Provide support internationally - identify and make system developments, develop local handbooks, policies and procedures
* Lead specific projects (contract reviews, audits, information security policy)
* Support Global communications

Who we're looking for
- proven experience in shared services model
- experience of implementing new HR systems
- you will be very process oriented, very numerate with great attention to detail
- you will also have had some exposure to a generalist HR role
- proven international experience
