As the Business Unit Finance Director you will report into the VP Finance for the Division based oversees and be a strong business partner to the General Manager based locally.
Role Summary:
• As a key member of the Business Unit senior management team you will lead the finance function at two UK and one US location. Working with the Business Unit management team to provide value added analysis in support of business decisions, reporting Management information to the group and division. In conjunction with the Business Unit General Manager you will formulate the strategic plan and lead the Budgeting and Forecasting processes through a senior finance team.
•Continuously improving the systems the BU Finance Director will ensure effective internal control, risk management and corporate governance.
• Improving profitability, cash and working capital management, and effective cost control.

Who we're looking for
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with a successful track record post qualification
• Very strong commercial awareness and able to partner strongly with senior the senior management team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix structure.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and comfortable with standard costing.
• Experience of managing people over multiple sites internationally.
• Experience with ERP systems with SAP a plus
• Hyperion experience a plus.
