This is a true BP role and will provide support to senior managers and partners across the area. Working closely with the wider HR team the focus will be to define the strategy, understanding the commercial plan and aligning thehuman resourcesplan accordingly

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of success in a Business Partnering role, with examples of influencing senior stakeholders over multiple sites. The role will require a thorough understanding of all HR activities and initiatives, with the ability to tailor the offering to meet business needs
