As Attraction Manager within our Resourcing team, you'll be responsible for managing relationships with the Group's recruitment suppliers. With previous account management experience and a solid understanding of attraction strategies, you will play an integral part in contributing to our Resourcing vision through a combination of direct sourcing, preferred recruitment agencies and recruitment media. You'll be an experienced negotiator, ensuring our recruitment spend is minimised and will also have strong reporting skills to deliver timely and accurate MI. You'll have the ability to confidently challenge the senior management team in the best interests of the business. In order to do this, you'll have to; • Develop and implement the Group attraction strategy • Monitor and control advertising spend and report performance • Manage supplier relationships
