Resourcing Team Leader

Temp ⁄ 12 month ftc / Salary 40K

As Team Leader within our Resourcing team you'll head up a team of 10 and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Resourcing process. Offering support when required, you'll oversee a diverse mix of volume and specialist recruitment whilst completing project work to improve processes and support the Resourcing strategy. You'll identify and assist with the development needs of your team and maintaining up to date knowledge of Resourcing best practice and legislation in order to offer specialist advice. In order to do this, you will;

• Lead the delivery of the resourcing process whilst coaching and motivating own team
• Monitor and report team performance by gathering feedback from service users
• Strong culture of teamwork, mutual respect and social responsibility

Who we're looking for
Arecruitment manager who is keen to be challenged in a diverse environment, you will have;
• Excellent coaching skills with previous management experience in a Resourcing environment
• A proven track record of delivering value added resourcing solutions in an internal capacity
• Expert knowledge of the resourcing market place, current trends and attraction techniques
• Organised and articulate with excellent presentation skills and the confidence to challenge
