The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the delivery of soft Facilities Management Services across this large complex, through direct resources and supplier management.

Reporting to the Director of FM, you will ensure effective and cost efficient delivery of Cleaning, Porterage, Hygiene, Waste Management and Transport services.

You will be managing 15 staff and a sizeable budget, and be the main interface with the organisation's service providers.

Who we're looking for
An experienced Facilities Management professional, ideally with a track record in delivering FM services across large or multiple sites. Experience of FM in a educational establishment could be useful but is not essential.
