As HR Advisor you will be working as part of a small team of 3, reporting directly into the HR Director. This role is truly generalist as you will be responsible for managing and advising on a range of ER casework, performance management, recruitment across the business from management level and above, project management, training and development, policy writing and updating of handbooks. As a business that continually evolves and adapts you will also be involved with TUPE transfers, managing redundancy processes, consultations and restructures.
As a dynamic business there are also other interests in construction and advertising within London which you will also be actively involved with.

Who we're looking for
• Previous experience as a generalist HR advisor
• Multi site experience would be advantageous, ideally from a retail / leisure / hospitality type background
• Must have experience managing a variety of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management
• Must have a strong work ethos and be self motivated
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at a senior level
• CIPD advantageous but not essential

A young and dynamic leisure business with approximately 1000 employees based in the heart of the West End of London. They also have other business interests within construction and advertising and are likely to continue growing and diversifying in the future.

What's on offer
A basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, 28 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday, matched pension contribution of 3%, 3 x basic salary life assurance.
