As a Funds Associate Director for my client's successful business in Guernsey, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides first class fund administration services to a range of of open and close-ended funds.
Key accountabilities include;
- Active management and development of a substantial portfolio of clients.
- Management and development of a team carrying out day to day administration of a range of open and close ended funds including public listed entities.
- Liaise with the Shared Services teams and other departments to ensure best business practice is carried out cross- jurisdiction.
- Responsibility for the oversight of monthly debtors and client billing process.
- Liaise with the Legal team in connection with new business take on. Assist in the preparation and approval of fee proposals, administration and sub-delegation agreements.
- Act as Director or Alternate Director and attend board/ management meetings as required in that capacity.

Who we're looking for

In addition, the successful Funds Associate Director will:
- Hold a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP)
- Have a proven track record in the Funds sector.
- Have substantial people management exposure.
- Have excellent planning , project management and financial management skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
