This Spanish speaking Online Marketing Account Manager will be based at the north west headquarters and have responsibility for the following: • Day to day running of two client accounts • Liaising with merchandisers, buyers and Spanish licensees in order to ensure product availability • Monitoring and analysing key metrics in order to understand and improve the customer journey and drive overall site conversion • Achievement of financial targets set within the budget process • Creation and implementation of on and offline marketing campaigns (including emails / catalogues / top line marketing / social media dialogue) • Daily interaction with account stakeholders in order to establish a close relationship with key individuals • Prepare and provide monthly account reports for management supervision
Who we're looking for
Have you got the skills and expertise for this fantastic opportunity, where you get to put your language skills to great use? They need the following for their Spanish speaking Online Marketing Account Manager: • Fluent Spanish, and a high standard of Italian or French/ German in addition is highly desirable • Proven background of delivering online marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably within the online retail sector • Solid analytical, quantitative, verbal and written communication skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) • A thorough understanding of user-site flow dynamics and of online marketing technologies and strategies • Familiarity with web analytics tools and concepts • Pro-active attitude showing drive and ambition to constantly develop in the role • Results-oriented, attention to detail and strong negotiation skills in order to deal with internal and external stakeholders • Account management experience within an agency environment and an interest in sport would be desirable, but not essential.
