Jeyes is undergoing an exciting period of change. As a result, the business has a requirement for a Financial Controller based in the new Cambridge offices. Presenting as a superb opportunity for a high calibre individual to join the company at this dynamic stage in its development and reporting to the Group Finance Director, the role will be challenging and fast paced. The successful candidate will work with, and provide financial support to senior management across all areas of the business. Primary responsibilities: • Preparation of the monthly and year-end Financial Accounts for the UK entities. • Consolidation of the Group Accounts. • Dotted-line responsibility for financial control of overseas operations. • Development of Group Processes and Procedures. • Liaison with Auditors ensuring audit timetable and information requirements are met. • Management of the Central Finance Team with 3 direct reports - UK FM, Group Consolidation Acc. and Ass. FA. • Provision of Group information to Executive Board and to shareholders. In addition, stakeholder communication through the Supply and Demand functions and providing support with the Group Planning Department will be of significant importance. Who we're looking for
An ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified individual. You will have experience in a similar position - preferably within a FMCG environment. You will have experience improving financial controls, ideally within international businesses, and will enjoy leading change toward best practice.
