Managing a team of nine, as Learning and Development Manager you will identify, design and deliver all aspects of frontline L&D. Based from the West Midlands site with some occasional travel to other sites. Working with senior stakeholders across the organisation, understanding and assessing the ROI from training solutions, you will also be develop and improve the capability of your team.

Who we're looking for
As an experienced Learning and Development Manager, you will have managed teams previously, and be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of training needs within a call/contact centre environment, as well as FSA regulated businesses.
