The Operations Finance Manager is a newly created position tasked withdelivering timely and relevant management reporting and analysis to Site Management Team, EMEA, Business Line and Group. Improving business understanding and controls in order to optimise the financial performance of the business. Based in Peterborough further responsibilities include: • Timely and accurate delivery of reporting to meet local, EMEA and Group reporting deadlines. • Insightful analysis and understanding to identify opportunities for improvement of operational and financial performance. • Team player that can work with the Finance and Non-Finance staff to provide the highest level of support and delivery in self and others. • Protect the company's assets through the implementation and management of appropriate financial controls. Areas of focus include: • Preparation of financial information relating to P&L and Balance Sheet. • Reporting of Financial Information. • Forecasting and Budgeting of Financial Information. • Business Partnering and Continuous Improvement. • Leadership and Team Work.
Who we're looking for
• CIMA or ACCA Qualified, with experience in a high volume manufacturing environment. • Highly numerate with an eye for detail. • Excellent Excel and Data Analysis skills with the ability to translate large volumes of data into a format that will be informative and influence change within the business. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate to diverse groups. •Demonstrate solid leadership experience within a Finance team of a manufacturing organization.
