HR Business Partner required to manage multiple contracts, supporting the Business Director and senior management team on the business strategy and setting the people agenda. You will have full autonomy to drive the HR strategy as well as ensuring the day to day operations are managed efficiently and effectively through your team. Managing a team of 5 people part of your remit will be to engage your team and the business in moving from a reactive admin function to a Business Partner approach.Responsibilities will also includedriving capability across the business. This is a complex and challenging role and will require a strong relationship builder to manage efficiently and effectively.

Who we're looking for
This position will suit an experienced HR professional who has operated at a strategic level and lead a team of HR professionals. You will have previously worked in a fast paced, changing environment and have proven experience of influencing senior managers as well as being able to demonstrate managing change and driving capability in a growing business.
