Oversee routine compliance advisory activity, including the following:

o Review and approve Compliance Bulletins
o Provide advice on the FSA's conduct of business sourcebook; in particular on product disclosure, both internally and to clients.
o Review and approve all literature and stationery in accordance with FSA financial promotion rules and maintain the register.
o Review and approve life and pensions procedures to ensure that these are compliant with FSA rule changes and that good business practice is being followed.
o Liaise with the FSA to seek clarification/interpretation of regulations and legislation.
o Complete all required regulatory returns to the FSA on a timely basis
