Partnership Coordinator

Permanent ⁄ £20000 - £25000

This is a post-sales partnership role and you will be dealing with clients at a corporate level ensuring that they are provided with the training delivered to the KPI levels set and ensure that the customer service provided is measured and objectives are reached.
The office is in Birmingham and you will spend time here as well as travelling to see contacts on occasions. You will be an important person building relationships with both our partner and end clients.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for people with an understanding of Account Management / working with third parties / and the ability to deliver a high quality service in conjunction with a 3rd party provider. Project management qualifications may be an advantage as would an understanding of training / welfare to work.
