The retention communications team is responsible for the content of new business and renewal communications across a wide range of financial services products. This role supports the maintenance and development of customer communications, ensuring that new creative requirements and campaign activities are executed effectively. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks;
Support the Senior Marketing Coordinator to ensure that renewal communications are effective, compliant and promote improved customer retention.
Ensure that all new business, renewal and Terms & Conditions/ Policy booklets communications materials are maintained and refreshed in line with business requirements.
Maintain content of WIRE communications.
Liaison with Studio, agencies and Business Change teams in relation to new creative developments.
Manage creative sign-off processes in relation to communication changes.
Manage thecommunications suite ensuring that these letters are refreshed as necessary.
Support mid-term communication initiatives e.g. CSAT mailings required by the business.
Deliver any corrective mailings, executing these to the timescales required by the business.
Brief new initiatives into the call centre. Investigate issues raised by call centre staff in relation to customer communications

Who we're looking for
The role of the retention Marketing function is to significantly improve retention, acquisition and upsell/cross sell performance across all products. This specific role is responsible for the maintenance and development of customer communications. The Marketing Executive will have the following knowledge, skills and experience
Good time management and the ability to manage numerous tasks and campaigns to achieve deadlines and targets.
Strong accuracy and interpretation skills - eye for detail and 'right first time' attitude.
Good organisational skills - ability to effectively deal with diverse tasks simultaneously.
First rate written creative communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills - able to work with diverse people & functions to progress new communication initiatives.
Ability to work as part of a team and use own.
Knowledge and understanding of systems and process design
Technical Qualifications:

Graduate with relevant qualifications
Proven marketing/business experience
Good Word, Excel , Powerpoint skills
Retention and upsell Performance would be advantageous.
Effective communications delivery
