Print Fulfilment Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will support the Retention Fulfilment Manager in relation to the operational management of the complete product and print fulfilment process, ensuring customer communications processes meet operational requirements and businesses needs. This involves liaison with renewal communications teams, call centre resourcing and external mailing houses and suppliers. It is also paramount that communications are tracked through the pipeline and reconciled against expected volumes to ensure that all appropriate communications are issued to customers. Main duties include;
• Supports the logistical management of the print fulfilment business area, process and project implementation
• Liaison with the Retention Fulfilment Manager and the renewal communications teams in setting up fulfilment mechanisms on new campaigns and new products.
• Escalation point for Print Fulfilment issues and provision of timely communication of resolution and outcomes.
• Monitor and track fulfilment costs to forecasting and timely provision of reports.
• Budget Management
• Raise Purchase Orders for the various suppliers and process associated invoices.
• Reconcile the Mailing house MI receipts with the data supply and Postage receipt reports. Raise issues and resolve as appropriate.
• Issues Management
• Daily liaison between call centre operations, third party suppliers and Thunderhead teams to ensure smooth processing renewal and fulfilment communications.
• Work with call centre operations, Business Change, Thunderhead and Teams (as appropriate) to troubleshoot and resolve any fulfilment issues.

Who we're looking for
The Marketing Executive will have experience of working in marketing and/or fulfilment environment with the following knowledge, skills and experience;
• Budget management
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Strong team player, attention to detail and problem solving
• Project/change management capability
• Persuasive, influencing and negotiating skills
• Capable of working as part of a team and in stand alone function
• Ability to 'see the bigger picture' and make decisions against multiple requirements
• Ability to work on own initiative and generate ideas
• Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing
• Ability to produce documentation to a very high standard and under tight time constraints
• Working with multiple deadlines/activities
• Working with and managing multiple business stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers
