1. Produce corporate and product literature and develop new documents where required, enforcing adherence to brand guidelines among internal and external stakeholders. 2. Articulate and promote clear and consistent messages that accurately reflect the strategy. 3. Work closely with marketing, underwriting and business development teams to research, plan and execute a programme of broker events around the UK to ensure efficient implementation and successful participation. 4. To represent the company as required at external events and meetings. 5. Work closely with all business units to ensure common goals are identified and achieved with specific responsibility for developing communications and awareness. 6. Manage close working relationships with agencies and external service providers, working within agreed budgets to maintain and develop the brand across all communications. 7. Represent the Marketing team on designated project teams that may be outside of the core role and co-ordinate the appropriate actions as required. 8. Keep abreast of developments within the marketing industry relating to this position. 9. To ensure that our customers are treated in accordance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly. 10. To work co-operatively with colleagues to adopt an environmentally friendly culture within and adhere to the Company's green approach within the workplace.
Who we're looking for
You will have a strong ability to plan work thoroughly with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. You should be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritise your workload. You should have strong communication skills to deal with internal and external contacts to build working relationships.
