Working for a well known Manufacturing business you will be play a part in getting the reward strategy, developing processes and ensuring the business have an effective compensation and benefits framework, supporting on changes where necessary.
Focusing on UK Compensation and Benefits projects will include benchmarking research, job evaluation and reviews to current pay and benefits.

Who we're looking for
The position will suit somebody with a solid UK Compensation and Benefits background who can quickly pick up and run multiple projects. You will have experience of job evaluation methodologies and grading tool.A relevant professional qualification would be advantageous
