As senior HR Manager for Global Sales and Marketing your responsibilities will beto plan, execute and finalise HR projects supporting a global sales 3 year plan. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, designing HR processes and policies ensuring they are in line with broader business objectives. This person will work with global stakeholders to ensure the effective execution and delivery of specific human resource programs, products and services.
You will be required to develop full scale project plans, meet financial objectives, identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, implement programs to attract,develop and retain top sales talent in the market, work with compensation and benefits experts to deign and deliver a comprehensive compensation strategy.

Who we're looking for
• Previous generalist HR Manager experience
• Experience within the Hotel sector advantageous as would Sales or Marketing
• Direct experience in a project management capacity
• Knowledge and experience in adata analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• International experience advantageous

What's on offer
