Temp ⁄ 3-6 month contract with the view to a permanent position
£35,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance

As Customer Insight Manager you will be responsible for:
•Managing external suppliers to survey prices on the High Street and the process of product benchmarking across categories
•Ensuring service standards are achieved across retailers through compliance and quality procedures
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally and implementing relevant strategy to grow the business
• Managing ad hoc research requests from suppliers and conducting regular research projects

Who we're looking for
We are looking for the following in our successful candidate:
• Ability to pull out Insight from data and feedback and recommend/communicate accordingly to key s/h
• A retail background - with experience of price benchmarking and comparison
• Commercially sound rather than specialist marketing expertise
• Self-Motivated - high levels of personal drive and energy - no micro-management provided!
• Proactive approach turning data research into meaningful insight for the business
