As an Area Manager in one of the Oxfordshire regions you will be accountable for the operational and people performance of one of our clients busiest parts of the business. Your responsibilities in this expanding multi-national business an Area Manager will be able to: • Lead and develop the team on a daily basis whilst inspiring your team of managers to deliver fantastic store standards and operational key performance indicators. • You need to be able to demonstrate success within a previous or current Area Manager role. • You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong commercial awareness and show how you would influence your team of managers into providing your customers every need. • You need to be passionate about delivering great customer service and delivering your results through the team.
