Programme Manager/Surveyor

To Project manage a portfolio of major building works. The successful candidate will ensure that all programmes and projects delivered have high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key accountabilities:
- To develop requirements and specifications for major works and to contribute to the development of programmes for refurbishment and renewal
- To develop programmes of work that integrate with other major works
- To carry out quality checks on contracts managed by property services
- To deliver contracts in accordance with agreed processes and contractual requirements.

Who we're looking for
The client is looking for the following in a candidate:
-Extensive experience ofDecent Homes programme management systems.
- Building services or Building Surveying professional qualifications or extensive experience of major works contract management.
- Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
- Evidence of managing contracts up to £2.5 million in value
- it is desirable to have experience of working in social housing but this is not essential
