As HR Advisor, based in Aberdeen, you will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy for the business. Key responsibilities will include:
• Drive a high performance culture by challenging management teams to appropriately apply a breadth of performance and development principles when making people planning decisions and strategies.
• Act as an enabler in building organisational capability through leadership/staff review and talent pipeline.
• Development of change management strategies, translating into development activities, resource and culture plans.
• Tactically manage employee relations minimising cost and facilitating the mitigation of cost to ensure has zero business performance impact.
• Challenge all policies and processes are adhered to consistently.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will ideally have a strong generalist background ideally gained similar blue-chip environment. You will have a proven track record in employee relations, influencing and coaching. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of employment legislation and policy, working practices, and Project/Change management. Furthermore, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
