As Manager - Reward & Executive Hiring there will be 2 main strands to the role. Firstly you will be operational lead on all of the executive hiring across EMEA. You will be tasked with building strong, effective relationships with 50 of the firm's keys executives, gaining their buy in and advising on all issues concerning executive hiring. You will be the focal point with external search firms and independent research businesses, coordinating recruiting processes, assessing and driving their performance including the generation of market intelligence, benchmarking and "best in market" assessment of key competitors and their practises. Secondly you will be the Europe functional lead for Compensation and Benefits; leading reward strategy across the EMEA region. You will oversee the development of key reward and recognition programmes and supporting for annual budgeting exercise ensuring long term objective are translated into operational delivery. These may include executive reward, long terms incentive schemes, share awards, and bonuses.
Who we're looking for
Extensive experience within the executive hiring/executive search space
Background recruiting into sales & consulting disciplines
Experience working within a reputable, large scale business process outsourcing/technology management organisations
Track record operating up to board level
International exposure will be advantageous
Specialist knowledge and expertise in Compensation and benefit initiatives
Credible and professional approach
Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Energetic, dynamic and passionate in their interpersonal style
