The role of Supply Chain Director is to provide leadership in supply chain managementwithin Europe. The purpose of the job is to ensure a consistent supply of products to all European markets.
You will be responsible for:
• Improving sales volume forecasting and forecast accuracy (volume & value)
• Inventory replenishment and optimisation, leading to reductions in working capital
• Successful New product introduction
• Implementation of pack changes
• Integration of product acquisitions
• Product discontinuations and divestments.
• Provision of a supply chain management service to third party's
• Business continuity planning
• train and Development of people

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the role of Supply Chain Director will be graduate calibre and have a deep understanding of Supply Chain operations within the pharmaceutical sector.
You will be a strong leader and possess the proven capability of being able to develop your people, including succession planning
Your will possess the desired level of commerciality to be able to make key decision to drive core business KPI's
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills
You will be results driven with a passion for adopting a 'best in class' culture amongst your team
