Reporting into the Store Unit Manager, this role has a heavy focus on Employee Relations.You woulddrive business engagement through
the development and coaching of store teams. You would support the store General manager with succession planning and performance management. You would support recruitment to meet the needs of the operation as well as ensure the effective administration of the payroll process.

Who we're looking for
• Proven track record within a retail or FMCG sector
• Demonstrable experience of consistently delivering results
• CIPD qualified, though not essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills

My client is a leading retailer, with over 300 stores in the UK, over 35,000 products and 3 million customers visits weekly.

What's on offer
• 33,000 basic salary
• 2,000 London allowance
• 5% Red allowance
