• To manage & deliver Compensation & Benefits programmes to support & embed the organisations reward philosophy.
• The Reward Consultant manages the operational Reward team to deliver key reward interventions. This includes & is not limited to pay reviews, job evaluations, market analysis, pay advice, management of sign off process& management information, maintenance of the variable pay register.
• The post holder also ensures that any developments in these areas are in line with Corporate Reward guidelines & within financial governance policies.
• The incumbent will be a subject matter expert in Reward & will need to give advice & guidance on how to manage key parts of the process to HR Business Partners & business leaders as appropriate & therefore needs to be able to influence at different levels of the organisation to ensure that business needs are appropriately met whilst adhering to budgetary. governance & policy constraints which are in place to monitor spend.
• This role is initially for 6 months, with a possibility to be extended or made permanent.

Who we're looking for
You will have:
• Relevant HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of reward management.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good relationship building & influencing skills.
• People management skills.
• Experience of Hay grading would be an advantage.
