The role as a Branch Manager in Inverness will include the following responsibilities:
• Day to day operations of the Branch
• Upholding the standards of the Brand
• Reviewing and evolving your training methods to create a positive learning and development culture
• Leading a team - train, recruit and develop
• Taken full responsibility for the business - including p/l and budget management
• Strong focus and attention to detail on customer excellence
• Building a strong customer database

My client is looking for a role model Branch Manager for Inverness, who is able to emulate the huge culture change that is going to happen in the business. We are looking for:
• A candidate from a strong retail background with a fresh and positive approach to people management
• Customer service orientated
• Good, Strong Leadership qualities
• The ability to embrace change
• Good communication skills
