• The Strategic Business Analyst will be part of a new team that will be based in London. This division is going to be responsible to provide a strategic framework that enables the company to align priorities and activities across business lines and functions in order to improve market share, client revenue, and client yield. proposed customer segmentation model has been put together whereby 3 types of customer have been identified - (traveller, programme and transaction).
• A traveller centric client would want different things to a transaction centric client and therefore the idea is that we should be packaging our offer differently to best fit with what they are likely to want. There will be a VP responsible for each area that will provide the strategy for each area and a BA reporting into them.
Main responsibilities & duties
• Create sophisticated analytics that support businessSolutions product offering of consulting services.
• Analyse new and existing procedures to identify opportunities for enhancement and cost savings.
• Collect and analyse client information relative to quality and productivity from a variety of sources.
• Support many individuals or work with multiple areas to collect/collate/disseminate information.
• Develop business requirements and process documentation as required.
• Identify problems or unusual matters of significance and involve supervisor as necessary.
• This role will be based in Central London
