HR and Training Adviser

• You will support the HR Manager with a variety of tasks including;
• Fleet management for company cars - ensuring quotes are sent, accidents are reported and tax discs maintained
• Processing payroll for 100 staff on a monthly basis
• Dealing with tax office letters
• Updating the database with any additional changes
• Administration of starters and leavers
• To ensure compliance with policy and procedure through communication, negotiation and discussion at all levels.
• To update the company handbook and keeping up to date with all legislations and procedures.
• Co-ordinating Internal training, contacting outside providers
• Assisting line managers solves specific training problems, either one to one or in groups.
• Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt the changes occurring in the work environment.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, should be organised, energetic and passionate about their line of work. As part of being the training officer you need to ensure that statutory training requirements are met. You will work closely with employees within the manufacturing area.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and a minimum of 2 years experience with a manufacturing environment. CIPD qualified would be advantageous.
Please note that international travel will be expected as part of this role.
