An opportunity to join this market leader as one of two HR officers on site. The site is an extremely busy operation and requires someone who is able to work both day and evening shifts in equal measure (1 week days/ 1 week evenings) on an ongoing basis. The post holder will be a proven HR officer/advisor who will be able to demonstrate their experience of delivering Disciplinaries/Grievances and supporting with absence and performance management. The role is a 12 month FTC.

Who we're looking for
A proven HR advisor who has worked in a fast paced, commercial environment, ideally either Retail, Manufacturing or Wholesale.
