Reporting to the Director of Residential Services and a member of the RCSD Management Team, you will be responsible for the strategic development, operational performance and financial management of the RCSD. The key requirements of the role are:
• Develop effective relationships to drive change and influence the commercial direction of the division
• Ensure the provision of a value for money service to customers and the School
• To provide an effective financial planning and reporting service and manage a successful and established operational finance team
Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant with proven technical ability and previous experience of managing operational departments. With excellent communication skills and an ability to motivate teams, you will have the professionalism, diplomacy, intelligence and commercial acumen to develop relationships to drive change. Demonstrable experience of providing a strategic function to a similar type of business area will be preferable.
