Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the IT Director will be responsible for the Group IT Organisation at a global level. With the organisation growing year on year, you will be tasked with developing the IT function to facilitate business growth and strategy. Your initial task will be to assess the current state and capabilities, and then drive a plan to achieve future state, through the delivering of IT solutions. Working across Infrastructure and Business Systems, your stakeholders will be the key business Directors striving to deliver profitable growth.
There will be significant travel associated with this role at circa 40%.

Who we're looking for
You will be a board-level IT executive, with a passion for enabling business through the effective us of technology. With a track record of building and delivering enterprise scale IT solutions within a global organisation, you will be able to demonstrate a strong mix of technology understanding and commercial acumen. The ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation are essential, along with strong people management and development skills.
Candidates will need to have demonstrable experience of managing large scale ERP environments, with SAP being most highly desired.
The successful candidate will have come from a Manufacturing or Professional Services background.
