As an Area Manager you will need to be able to lead from the field and inspire your teams to deliver the businesses key KPI's. Managing a number of stores it will be your job to ensure that the processes are followed in each. Setting your standards to what good looks like, and ensuring that these are maintained, and providing coaching and support where needed.You will need to be able to develop yourself and your teams with constructive personal development plans in order to move the business forward. Reporting in to the Regional Manager it will be down to you to drive sales and profits within your stores with your Store Managers.

Who we're looking for
• An inspirational leader with a passion for driving your own development and those of the teams that you will mentor and guide
• You will need to be customer focused with an autonomous and entrepreneurial approach to sales
• You need to be self motivated
• Experienced in working towards measurable KPIs in relation to Sales, People, Customer and Operations
• Your role will also require excellent communication skills
