Telephone Sales Development Executive

Based from our client's Redhill office, you will operate as part of a dynamic and motivated team of TelephoneSales DevelopmentExecutives,developing relationships withIFA's and selling them our clients extensive portfolio of Insurance products. Performance will be tracked against well established KPI's and with a fantastic OTE structure, there will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and gain reward

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an articulate, driven and forward thinking candidate who will work well as an individual but also work closely with the rest of the team. A demonstrable track record of success in outgoing telesales is preferable and the following will also be taken into consideration:
- Holding relevant FSA qualifications or being able to work towards this whilst in this role
- The ability to establish and develop relationships with potential customers
- A drive to succeed with in the sales arena

What's on offer
£20,000 - £25,000 Basic + OTE up to 100% of Basic + 25 Days Holiday + Pension
