You will be:

• Responsible for negotiation of supplier agreements in line with corporate governance and business requirements
• The primary contact for all legal activities
• Responsible for all customer contract templates
• Customer contract negotiator
• Support of Property and facilities management
• Drive down costs related to Commercial budgets

The key tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Assist in creation, maintenance and running the bid process ensuring suitable documentation is available
• Maintain a bid library and bid logging system
• Negotiate key supplier agreements to ensure they meet the company requirements
• Management of property portfolio
• Negotiation of specific key customer facing contracts, terms and conditions
• Support Sales in complex contract creation and tracking
• Create and maintain a library of contract information and templates

Who we're looking for
You must be able to show the following:

o Excellent educational background including degree, with a strong analytical base from a recognised institution including a potential post graduate qualification
o Proven experience of working in European and International markets
o Significant experience in commercial management in large companies bidding for and negotiating complex product and service contracts preferably within telecommunications/ IT industries
o Track record of demonstrating a high level of commercial, legal and financial ability
o Leadership and development of business development support teams
o A good communicator with in
